18 to 30 Age:  - help and advice with job-seeking
                    - help sort out housing list applications
                  - advise parents about local schooling and school choice for children
                - advise about financial assistance for those caring for an aging relative

Sheila was elected to Biggleswade Town Council in May 2007 having previously been a local councillor serving on a London Borough and an East Herts. Parish Council. Before retiring she was a Social housing Manager and for many years a volunteer with Victim Support. For the past 10 years she has been the Chair of Governors at Lea Valley High School in Enfield.

Since being elected, Sheila has been supportive of issues within Holme Ward, via the Town Council. She strongly supports the Youth Club that meets at Holme Mead School.

Sheila is keenly interested in and very active for the Biggleswade Fairtrade Town Steering Group
